Great relaxing resort!

Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again!

Couldnt fault the hotel great size rooms clean,modern decore. Great location by quiet pool. Lots of choice of food and drinks. Photography great used the turkish spa and then men went for a turkish shave great value for money.

Not worth half of what I paid.

We had to move rooms because there was no WiFi in rooms so got a room next to lobby. No way is this a 4 Star hotel more like a 3 star. The rooms were no better if cheaper looking than a travel lodge.Quality of fittings were cheap & shoddy. Cooked food was very bad mostly. If you wanted to live on salads etc it was ok. We walked out of so called Ala carte restaurant it was a joke. Staff were very pleasant & did there best to please you. No complaints there. Entertainment was a waste of time especially for English people. Wouldn’t go back there even if I was paid. Was happy to leave.

The food was great dessert could be slightly better Really good animation The staff by the pool try hard to make sure everyone is having a good time and take part in activities. Staff at reception couldn't be friendlier. Their spa facilities are excellent have a pretty decent gym. They also have a barbers and tattooist on site. (One member of our group had a haircut and another got a tattoo and both were really pleased) The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Best hotel

Fantastic hotel, great food and brilliant service. Very friendly. Great professional photographer. Had my wedding photographs done whilst staying here and all my guests were treated perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Gorgeous surroundings. Not great for WiFi but perfect for everything else.

We had a great stay so much so that we extended our stay and are planning for next year. We had a club room but for family of 4 too small so we had to change to an unrenovated family room. Pros: ac, all inclusive food, activities, great spa and hair salon, many pools Cons: unrenovated family room

Perfect for family with kids

It is a very comfortable place very good food selections.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Turkish bath and spa is great value and enjoyable. Beach is not as sandy you would hope but at least is close to water activity and boat trips as you are on the Bay side . Overall pleasant stay with nightly entertainments from belly dancing to cabaret style dance and music, however the kids program goes to passed 10pm with music that really doesn't need to be that loud.

UNFORTUNATE STAY!

I reserved 3 rooms for my family for 3 nights stay. The service was absolutely a joke! They picked up some uneducated men from villages and put them in service and made them in charge. The "bartender" picked up a fight with a guest in the middle of our dinner. 100s of people were shocked including myself. There is no security for the "hotel". If you are going by car forget about finding a park. The receptionists have no idea how to welcome a guest. The pool was dirty with lots of chemicals they put daily and I don`t think they adjust the chemical level. Other option is the beach but that`s dirty too. Thought Bodrum beaches were so special. Maybe in another location. The food was all the same. There is a variety but nothing special like real Turkish cuisine you would think. Kitchen is poor. So is the bar. They only have the cheapest bottle of liqueur that you have not heard or seen before and you do not even want to sip. They serve the drinks with dirty glass, I`ve witnessed myself! Who knows what they put in those bottles... You cannot sit 6 people at the same table. We got yield at trying to combine 2 tables for my family. We had to eat on separate tables for the entire stay. The water park is open only for 2 hours a day! What a joke! You would really regret to stay there!

Had previously stayed at this hotel before it was all inclusive and was looking forward to going back. This was short lived once we arrived. The apartments that families are put into are the old not yet refurbished ones. Id did know this before I arrived so it was not a surprise. What was a surprise was how dirty they were. The apartment looked like it had not been properly cleaned in years. There were stains on all of the cupboards in the bathroom and the mirror. The floor was dirty therefor we couldn't/wouldn't let the children play on the ground. The fridge although it looked pretty new was filthy and I cleaned this myself with antibacterial wipes as the food for the children was going in there. Other than the cleanliness of the apartments everything else was good. The staff that work in the hotel itself were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was fine just got a bit repetitive for me after a few days but being turkey there is always a good value restaurant within a few feet of the hotel. If you don't mind eating relativity the same food every day this hotel is perfect. Everything was so fresh and there was a different meat on the grill every night. Entertainment in the hotel was OK with games for the adults every afternoon in the pool and evening entertainment after dinner which finishes up around 11pm. I would also stay away from the Turkish bath as once they get your money they are not very accommodating at giving you what you've paid for
