STAY AWAY!

So this had to have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't explain the whole story and it is a big scam and false advertisement. The rooms are run down and dirtyyyyy. I don't think they clean the rooms after each stay because the floor is covered in soot, and the sheets are all stained. The AC unit do not work and there are roaches. I am going to try and get a refund back because this is unacceptable. I got there at 1am and we were a pretty big family so we had no choice but to spend the night, if it was any earlier we would've relocated to another hotel. Please if you have a family and kids don't stay here, don't be fooled by the photos. It's more of a hostel sort of feel with younger people staying there for the night.

STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

PROS - The Hotel looks great from the outside CONS - 1. I first pulled up to the gate. The gate guard looks at me then walks away. I honk the horn then he comes to the car and tells me on site parking is for hotel employees only. I would have to find parking. 2. I checked in with a friend. Instead of giving us the keys they give the keys to the hotel rep who is supposed to take us to our rooms. He put us in the wrong rooms because I paid for a more expensive room and he didn't tell us which room is mine. 3. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY - No elevator to the rooms. I have bad knees and I'm not supposed to climb stairs and my room was on the 3rd floor. Between getting the rooms fixed I climbed about 12 flights of stairs 4. Once we got the rooms fixed there were no sheets, pillow covers or towels in the room. We requested these items and they said they couldn't tonight but they would fix it in the morning. So we asked for a refund and somehow they were able to find sheets and towels but still no pillow covers. So I rolled up my towel to sleep on. 5. We took the wrong stairs to leave the hotel and ended up in the kitchen. There was trash in the whole hallway leading up to the kitchen. I didn't eat there after seeing this. 6. The AC did not work in my room. 7. The bar ran out of bottled water 8. My friend's bed had blood on the sheet 9. I ended the stay after 1 night and they would not print off a receipt for me.
