We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are so friendly,kind and helpful. We had a late flight home and we were able to opt for a late checkout (6pm )for an extra 30euro .. they told us we could have our room for as long as we needed it . The hotel was a minutes walk to bar street/ shops and restaurants.... Can't wait to return

Great location

This hotel was a veritable surprise to me. It’s well situated and very convenient to everything around. The staff is pleasant and the rooms were clean. I had a good night sleep and that’s basically all I need when I’m traveling.

I was pleased with my stay . My original room was a bit small so I asked for a new room and they kindly gave me another room without any problem. The front desk was professional and friendly . The breakfast is good with lots of choices (for Turkey) . I would stay again .

Although we only stayed for a 1night stay, the hotel was perfectly located, all the personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Lovely clean room…we would stay there again, without hesitation.

Would not stay in this hotel again. We had double room with a little kitchenette and it was very dirty. The toilet was disgusting with stains on the sink and hair around the shower head. The kitchenette was also dirty with dust and hair all on the floor. The positive things about this hotel is the fantastic location and a very good air condition system in the room. The swimming pool is reasonable size but very crowded. My overall view is unhappy about this hotel and would avoid staying here again as cleanliness is an important factor.

Pleasant stay

Was greeted with enthusiasm on arrival, very nice. Shown to our room which was right next to where new renovations were being done and the staff were apologetic. It was quite noisy at times and was working one morning to a man plastering right outside our door! The room was pleasant and had everything we needed but the bed and pillows were very firm so was not comfortable. Was a great location for bar street, the castle and the marina. Hopefully when all the work is finished we might go back and try again

The hotel is located very close to the a small beach and the hot spot for cafe's, restaurant, shopping & night life. They have a vale parking. They have 2 parts for the hotel the main building and another one as an extension, we stayed in the extension one, but the cleanliness was very bad, even we paid their attention but it seems that the standard is very low in that issue. The breakfast was good enough. and they have a billiard table for free which is a good option also.
