Location is so convenient, right in the action! If you are an early to bed type of person, I would recommend because there is loud music until a little after midnight. The room was smaller than expected and it was had to move around with 2 big bags but the amenities are pretty good and the room was very clean so we didn’t mind so much. The staff is so friendly and attentive. But we need to give a raving review of the restaurant and the chef. WOW! All the food was AMAZING!!! No one really talks enough about the restaurant here but it is literally the best thing!

Staff, breakfast, beach facilities are excellent. room is somewhat small but comfortable, airconditionner noisy and not efficient, bathroom very dark (difficult to shave due to very poor lighting system).

Liked the coziness and tastefulness of the place. Not tacky and really quite nice. Service could be better with no one speaking English and staff taking too long to do simple things like get milk for coffee etc.

Nice hotel but things that need to be corrected...

The positive sides: The beach and sofas on the beach are very comfortable and the ambiance is pretty good. The sea is beautiful and clean every hour of the day. The products at breakfast are very good quality and delicious. The negative sides: Everything in the hotel menu is very expensive. Prices on different beaches in Bodrum are much more reasonable. And it was not nice to be warned by beach staff because of even a mineral water we bought from the market even though we were a hotel customer. Also there is a lot of noise in the night when there is live music in the hotel.

Kısa konaklama için güzel

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Sezon açılmamış ve diğer otellerin çoğu tadilatta olmasına rağmen Galen'de restoran, beach vb. tüm hazırlıklar tamamdı. Kahvaltı servisi çok iyiydi. Personel genç ve tecrübesiz ama iyi niyetle çalışıyor. Ekstraların fiyatları aşırı yüksek, Türkbükü standardı bu mu bilmiyorum ama 2 Amerikano 55 TL olmamalı. Sabah kahvaltıda filtre kahve rica ettik, servis görevlisi "makinamız bozuk Amerikano verebiliriz" dedi ama ekstra olacağını belirtmediği halde adisyona yazılmış. Çıkarken ödeme talep ettiler, boş bulunup ödedik. Sonrasında konuyu açıklayınca parayı iade ettiler. Hoş bir durum değildi ama kötü niyet olduğunu zannetmiyorum. Odalar çok küçük. Biz balkonlu odada konaklamamıza rağmen valiz vb. koyacak alan yok. Küçük çantayla gidilecek 1-2 günlük kısa kalışlar için güzel. İskelesi konforlu, denizi harika. Odada wifi hiç çekmiyordu.

Kendinizi gerçekten şımartabileceğiniz otel

Galen’i konumundan yani Türkbükü’nden ötürü tercih etmiştim, kaldığım süre boyunca da bu karardan hiç pişman olmadım. Çok tatlı, çok temiz ve iç tasarımı harika bir yer. Kasvetten uzak, her ayrıntısıyla size Bodrum’da olduğunuzu tekrar tekrar hatırlatan ferah odalara sahip. Kahvaltıyı istediğiniz saatte edebilmeniz bile oteli işleten kişilerin konforunuza verdiği önemi fazlasıyla gösteriyor, sabah erkenden kalkmanıza gerek kalmıyor. Ama bence kalkın ve Galen beachte güzel şezlonglardan birini kapıp denize girip güneşlenmeye erkenden başlayın. Otel sahibi ve işletmecisini sık sık otelde görebiliyor olmanız sizde güven duygusu uyandırıyor. Bir şikayetim olmadı ziyaretimle ilgili ama olsaydı da hemen çözüleceğinden emindim. Özellikle Uğur Mert Bey’in geniş bodrum bilgisinden faydalanmaya çalışın, size güzel şeyler önerecektir. Enerjisi güzel, yemekleri güzel, beachi güzel, çalışanı güzel bir otel. Geri dönmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.
