I was staining in this hotel the second time. It's perfectly situated and I was able to walk almost everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Old but well kept hotel. We loved our short stay there. The lobby was impressive, and the room was huge and comfortable.
This hotel is in a historic building with a great location. Really enjoyed the look of the place. The bedding was low quality. I'm sure I was sleeping on a bed spring and not a mattress. We were told at checkin breakfast was included but then got charged later at checkout. I left a ring in my bathroom and called within a hour to report it. I was not helped by the front desk but was instead told to just send an email. Of course I received a response two days later that the ring wasn't found. This was not a satisfactory stay and would not recommend. Many better places to stay.
Beautiful property in a prime location. The staff was very friendly and provided awesome upgrades for being a VIP member. They have done a great job maintaining this historical building and providing excellent service to their guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Bristol Palace to anyone traveling to Genoa.
