Great hotel, location and staff

A most enjoyable 9-day stay in this historic hotel right in the centre of Bocas Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and varied, and the restaurant very good too. Given the historic nature of the building, the rooms don't have much drawer storage, but we did have a refrigerator and a good sized ocean-facing balcony. Highly recommended.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Bocas Town. The area around it was a little noisy, but it was interesting watching the boats come and go on the docks. Really great restaurant, Coco. Friendly staff, clean rooms, cold air conditioning and hot showers— we were happy we stayed here and would stay here again.

Nice hotel in busy area

The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to everything. I had a nice balcony, the service was great and the breakfast was very good (and included!). My only complaint is that this hotel is loud - I could hear the people above me walking constantly and being in the middle of town it’s never quiet. You cannot sleep here without ear plugs (which they provided).

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but dated. The beds were not very comfortable at all. There was music from the restaurant but it did not last too late. The deck was in the process of being rebuilt so was unusable. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again though was the bed.
