This private, open-plan single family pool home is located less than ½ mile south of the village of Boca Grande - steps away from the public tennis courts & ball field at the end of Wheeler St. The Gulf of Mexico is a gentle walk approximately 250 yds. to the west. You will find 240 Wheeler to be amply equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make you relaxing vacation quite enjoyable. It's recently built heated pool will be the gathering spot for the whole family. You will not feel closed in once inside the living room with high ceilings and large kitchen area. Off to one side, the privacy of a den with two full size beds allows any member of your party to relax or sleep peacefully. Each bedroom is designed as a suite along with an extra ½ bath for guest use. The property provides televisions in each bedroom as well as the living and den. The property has Wifi, has a no smoking policy and does not allow pets.
