This Boca Bay house met all our needs & then some. Very large & roomy. 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 teens. Comfortable bedrooms, & separate baths to meet the needs of the adults & teen girls! Very beautiful views of Charlotte Harbor from the back decks. Private lush setting. The heated pool was chilly, and w a short text the property managers immediately sent someone out and it was a fabulous 88 degrees. Boca Grande Real Estate were great to deal with. Very helpful and responsive from the minute I booked. Having lived nearby in Punta Gorda many years ago I know the area. Boca Grande is a beautiful small island. Great amenities staying at a Boca Bay property. Pools, beach access, pickle ball, tennis, fishing. Had a wonderful time! Totally recommend.
