Been here a few times. Overall great place to go to. Close to the many a few things there are there. But disappointment was the pool not being kept and functioning.

The first room given to us, there were dead roaches and the toilet was pee stained and had difficulties flushing. The second room offered to us there were also dead roaches and the bed sheets were stained yellow. I brought my concerns to the receptionist and he was rude and called me a liar and wanted me to go back to the room so he can prove me wrong and that’s when I felt concerned for my safety and left.

Went in room and beds were not made with clean sheets. Carpet was not vacuumed. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet was gray bathtub was yellow...dirty. Towels were used and dirty. Brought housekeeper to make beds and discovered mattress pad was stained yellow. Lip stick on pillow cases. All had to be changed. Very disappointed in this room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and they were always clean. Also no pool. And No breakfast. We should not have even stayed and also ask for a refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. SURE STAY BEST WESTERN IN BLYTHE.

The pool is "under construction" but we weren't notified. I was given a baggie with 12 ice cubes when I asked for ice. Half the motel has caution tape around it. I wasn't expecting much - and they didn't even hit that.

Chose this hotel for more $ as they advertise full breakfast, but do not, they have plates utensils etc but clerk said they don't offer even coffee. Motel 6 was $32 cheaper, but wanted grandbaby to eat before we left. So paid more for less. Room had a random comb on floor next to bed and lots of homeless frequent parking lot in dark. Staff said he would contact mgr to refund for breakfast missing and no one has said a word.
