Treehouse at Bootlegger Cove is a newly constructed 1 Bedroom retreat with king bed, stylish living room, full kitchen, walk‑in shower and in‑unit laundry.

Perfectly located in the center of Old Town Bluffton, it’s an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, boutiques, artist's corners and the docks—then back home to relax on the private treetop deck.

The space
Inside, guests are welcomed into a comfortable lounging living room with a plush sofa (pull out queen sleeper), dedicated reading chair, and a 65” TV for relaxing evenings.

The tranquil bedroom offers a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and a separate TV for those who prefer to unwind in private.

High-end finishes run throughout, including quartz kitchen countertops, a tiled walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling glass, and durable, upscale flooring.

A full-size kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances completes the curated stay, giving guests all the comforts of home in a thoughtfully designed space.

For your ease, safety, and peace of mind, a unique door code will be created just for your reservation. Your personal code will be activated shortly before check-in and will remain valid only for the duration of your stay.

Use of Treehouse at Bootlegger Cove includes use of the deck just outside the front door. The deck has two relaxing chairs and ottomans (cushions are in the box on the deck) and over looks Huger Cove (Bootlegger Cove). Huger Cove is a historic saltwater tidal cove of the May River that was once used during the prohibition to run illegal booze in boats up to waiting trucks for distribution.

The treehouse was a perfect stop on our way north. The property was as described, but the pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful, well furnished and stocked with everything you might need. The location is great for visiting downtown shops and restaurants. The host is very welcoming and responsive! You will not be disappointed with a stay at the Treehouse!
