A wonderful combination of sea views, great food, and friendly staff. Dr. Linda assembled a great team with an amazing chef that creates a great take on Jamaican cuisine. Go for the callaloo bundles (amazing) and the jerk chicken quesadillas. We ate there at least once a day during our stay in bluefields and were never disappointed. Don’t miss out on this one!!

We ended up here on a recommendation by a friend and I ended up not wanting to leave. The food was great but I was mostly in love with the property and the sunset view. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is a lovely lady. I would definitely recommend this place for those who do not want the hustle and bustle of negril. It was a true unexpected paradise. A gem

This is a resort that we stopped to have food at. Awesome, awesome view while eating and looks like every room would be worth to stay in. I had steamed fish with okra, white rice, salad and fried shrimp. And I ate it all!!! Beautiful staff, very friendly, it was a beautiful day. No complaints from me!!!

As a local resident of this beautiful island, I am still happy to know that there still some places that take my breath away. Luna Sea Inn is definitely one of them. We had dinner at the Cracked Conch restaurant and while we waited for our food, the gorgeous ocean view surrounding us seemed to make time stand still. There was a small gazebo that gave you a bit of height and allowed you to peer down into the ocean. The food was fantastic, and came out fairly quickly. I had the fish and chips (mad a road!!!) but my friend had guava jerk chicken and candied plantains. I still dream about them, lol. I recommend anyone to visit, it is truly an oasis, though Westmoreland on a whole is a slice of Heaven.

The property is decent, has a calm chill vibe. The food was average and all meals took much too long to be served, the internet was down for the majority of my time spent there which was unfortunate because the cable needed it to work...the staff there were nice and always pleasant...I stayed in the cottage directly by the main entrance. Be warned it is very noisy there because its right by the road and the staff seem have their early morning chats there. I wld rate my overall experience a 6...

My husband and I, along with two other families recently stayed here for the week. I could walk ten steps from my room to view the beautiful ocean and lay out on a lounge chair right outside my door! The hotel is private and quiet. The restaurant and bar were only steps away from our room. The staff was friendly and attentive! The Chef made outstanding meals, offering specials nightly. The sunsets were gorgeous and the water was the most beautiful turquoise color. We kayaked, enjoyed massages under an almond tree, tried delicious rum drinks, and enjoyed the nightlife there too. Dr. Linda (the owner) is a fabulous hostess! She truly loves life and wants all of her guests to love Jamaica! I can't wait to go back!

This is paradise or the nearest thing to it. Great location and lovely owner Linda who is very interesting to talk to and listen to. The food is second to none and the atmosphere is relaxing. The restaurant is open to the sea and the breeze blowing through the Pergola lounge is so refreshing and invigorating. There's a mineral pool to bathe in and a small beach beside the hotel to walk along or beachcombe. The hotel is high on standards and cleanliness and everything feels and looks so comfortable, fitting for this boutique style hotel and restaurant. In a nutshell, it's a great place to come and relax and enjoy the best of Jamaica. A*

We stayed at a hostel at the opposite side of the street and wanted to grab a nice bit. We ordered the jerk chicken which was really good, just a little bit of a small portion so we ordered some fries extra to share however we just got two portions. We drank a lovely cocktail and just some water. We spend about 35€ including tips. This was a little high but our waiter was a lot of fun, the place is stunning and the food tasted great.

The real " lunacy" here is not wanting to get back to reality after your stay. A small property, well maintained, with views of the sea on 3 sides. Located at Bluefields, Jamaica, the vista really looks like you are surrounded by fields of blue. With about 9 rooms, all but one (pufferfish) had ocean views. The rooms were nicely appointed, with a flat screen television, safe, blow dryer and (surprise!) lovely white terry robes. The air conditioning was tip top, and the water for showers was hot and plentiful. The pièce de resistance: you can watch nature's magical sunset show right from your doorstep. We were greeted by the owner or " chief lunatic" as she describes herself. The staff was superb. Kenroy made us a welcome rum punch which he happily did over into just punch when I explained to him that I did not drink rum. Aldane, the bar manager, and seemingly general all-rounder, was wonderful. But it was three very special ladies who made our vacation: Sasha-Gae, Tasheika and Shaisha. They were charming, helpful and warm, with smiles that lit up everywhere. You cannot fake those kinds of smiles. The down sides: The television was not working properly, and Aldane was unable to fix it. Despite 2 other reminders in a 4 night stay, no one came to rectify the situation. The noise from your neighbour's television also filters through, so guests need to be considerate of their volumes. The meal we had was mediocre at best. Family members had fish which was just ok, and I had a hamburger which was undercooked and tasteless. In fairness, we only ate there once, so we have no way of knowing if this was just an off night. (A full breakfast is included in the cost, and this was tasty). Checkout was a bit wonky. We had paid the owner in full on arrival and were not issued a receipt. The owner was not there when we were checking out and the front desk staff could not reach her. Happily, it was fine in the end, but some of these glitches need to be worked on. Despite these downsides, the positives more than made up for them and I would definitely recommend this charming inn. My family and I are now full fledged "lunatics" ourselves.

I went to Luna Sea for dinner and cocktails one evening with my honey. It was worth every penny and I have been back since. The food at the Cracked Conch restaurant is great and the cocktails by the bar were also delicious. The hotel is situated right on the waterfront and far away from the busy resort areas. Also, it is very beautiful wit awesome sunsets which definitely makes it a sweet escape.
