Cozy up by the outdoor wood burning fireplace, soak in the 5 person hot tub, read a book by the creek or have some family fun in the loft game room! It features a king master suite, king & queen bedrooms, two and half baths, living room, gas fireplace, spacious kitchen and smart TVs in all rooms. Come and enjoy!

Flowing grace is located in a beautiful neighborhood, accessible via all paved roads with the exception of the gravel driveway. The cabin sits back about 100 yards from the road and offers a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Other cabins are behind the property on the other side of the creek. There are trees and other privacy filters but it is not completely private from the back yard/porch. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

You will enter the cabin with a code that you will receive 1 day prior to your arrival. There is also a lock box with a key for unforeseen technology issues.

The cabin has a modern farmhouse feel, with multi-colored woods, white washed walls and soft accent colors creating a warm inviting atmosphere to enjoy!

Entrance is directly into the kitchen/living area. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, pantry, bar seating for six and two extra chairs, coffee maker, Keurig w/coffee pods and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The living room has vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, swing down smart TV, sofa, chairs, side tables, lamps and area rug. The half-bath and laundry room are located just to the right of the entrance.

The very spacious king master suite is also on the main level to the right of the living room. It features side tables, lamps, dresser, chair and smart TV. The bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

The deck is L-shaped and just off the living room. The portion to the left has the outdoor seating, wood burning fireplace and gas grill. The section facing the creek has two benches, two chairs and the five person hot tub which is also just outside from the king master suite bedroom.

The fire pit is directly off the back porch with a picnic table and Adirondack chairs. The creek is just beyond the fire pit.

Venturing upstairs, you first come to the game room loft with a shuffleboard table, air hockey table, two large chairs, side table, area rug and closet with several board games & puzzles.

The other two bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The king bedroom is to the right of the bathroom with side tables, lamps, dresser, chair, smart TV and closet. The queen bedroom is to the left of the bathroom, facing the creek side, with side tables, lamps, dresser, chair, smart TV and closet.

Flowing Grace has a large front yard and back yard. You can take a morning stroll around the grounds, have morning coffee by the creek and enjoy the sights/sounds of Mother Nature.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet

The Neighborhood:
Flowing Grace is located 9 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. It is accessible via all paved roads and has a very easy to navigate short gravel driveway with parking for up to three vehicles. It sits back from the road but does have cabins across the creek on the backside of the cabin.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
