We chose Leisure Inn due to location, modern style and reasonably priced. The apartment is in a great Location. Short walking distance to all Leura shops and restaurants. Easy to get from the highway and train station. We stayed in a studio apartment 72 overlooking carpark. The studio apartment was tiny, only had room for a queen bed and a table with 2 chairs. I was disappointed that there was no sofa as you would expect in a studio apartment. The ad states the size of studio was 35msq but the size was only 20msq. The photos on the website must of been taken a few years ago as the apartment now looked tired and the furniture looks old and wore out. The chairs had a lot of stains which I was too scared to sit on it. We heard moderate noise from passing train. Perhaps ask for room not on the road, and ideally a room further away from the railway station to minimize noise. There are no lift facility, we had to climbed 3 flight of stairs, perhaps request a room on ground floor if you have a mobility issue. The apartment was clean however bathroom tiles were mouldy. It definitely needs "exit mould" treatment. Disappointed on limited wifi. Free wifi service means 250 mb a day which is hardly any data. Most places I have stayed offer unlimited wifi service. Check in and out was a breeze. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again due to its location and price.

Excellent value, clean, comfortable, convenient and a stroll to the shopping centre which caters well for tourists . Secure parking easily accessible. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pub across the road for dining. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Leisure Inn Spires for two nights at studio #56. Location. Very convenient on the top of Leura Mall. Easy to get from the highway and train station. Short walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Train and road noise could be an issue for small number of apartments, but it was not for us. Accommodation. I still remember old Leura Caravan Park on the same spot in early 90th. So, Leisure Inn Spires were built in late 90th with all features - parking, staircases, showers, wardrobes, pantry , etc - from that time. However, it is clean and been looked after. Service. Friendly and responsive. No complains at all. Value for money. Over the years we stayed at cottages. resorts, hotels in Blue Mountains. And Leisure Inn Spires definitely offers the best value for money in Leura/Katoomba area. Plan to stay there again during our next visit to Leura.

We only stayed one night on a stopover in a studio room at a very reasonable rate. It was spacious and clean with a very big bathroom. It is a short walk to Leura Mall and several eating opportunities. Check in/out was easy. Parking is under the building and we were directed to the parking area closest to our nearest stairwell. We did need to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Would definitely stay again. it is beside the highway but with the double glazing we were not bothered by noise.

Stayed in apartment 80. Beware! Diesel freight trains running past your bedroom door at all hours of the night, and normal trains from about 0630 till late at night! If this isn't enough to keep you awake, then the uncomfortable beds will. Minimal kitchen utensils available for a self contained unit. Towels were extremely thin and need replacing. Free wifi is advertised, but it's actually LIMITED free wifi! Our unit was on the top floor, which is 3 flights from car park with no lift available! On a good note, washing machine not working so reception allowed me to use another rooms machine.

Simple lodgings but perfect for a short stay. Very clean. Locked undercover parking. Close to train and main city stop. Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk service was very good. Code to some of the blue mountains beautiful key spots

Leisure spire inn in Leura is a beautifull motel with clean, nice rooms. Leura itself is a nice little town with in main street beautifull pink blossomed trees that scent heavenly. Definatly worth coming back.

Couldn’t believe the awful accommodation of this place . Double bed that’s lumpy and hard and moves all the time. What an awful sleep we had the 2 nights we’d booked here. Room overlooking the main busy road and at the side the train station - freight trains thundering past all hours of night and day. There are 2 sliding doors to the balcony but they don’t block the train or street noise , no seats or table outside even if you wanted to sit there. No where for our luggage , had to put it on the floor. Thin worn off white towels to use, no housekeeping . Not even a biscuit to eat. Dreadful dated soap, shampoo dispensers and small shower head - 70’s style outfittings. NO lifts , we climbed 42 steps to our room , so glad we weren’t on the top floor! Looked nothing like the online web page we looked at , no garden to look at and no chair to sit at or lounge . Cheap nasty peeling paint and old worn furniture . Free wifi that ran out on the first day we were there - not much gigabytes

My husband arrived to a very friendly staff. I believe we were helped by the manager who was very friendly and organised. Our room was clean spacious (as we had a one bedroom apartment) and comfortable. Very few complaints: free internet was only 250mb which didn’t last long at all. The plug for the bath didn’t fit properly so the water drained gradually. Very disappointed as I was very much looking forward to using the spa. Close to shops and found it quite easily. Would definitely stay again.

Reception staff helpful. Studio room clean and VERY centrally located to Leura Mall. Shops and dining 2 mins walk. Beds comfy. Small kitchenette and huge bathroom. Secure undercover unit parking. Laundry available Can hear the trains rumbling past but that is part of the charm of Leura. Not much parking outside reception which is on the main road but plenty out the back We had dinner each night at the lovely Alexandra Hotel 5 min walk. Good food reasonable price. Lovely breakfast at the Lily Pad Cafe with voucher from Leisure Inn Spires reception Good spot to branch out for the day. Close to the train station that you could leave the car at home. Dissapointed that we did not stay longer. Will definitely be back
