"We had a nice stay in the Lily Pad! The kids loved running around through the maze of doors. It was fun to have the deck out over the water. We all slept comfortably. It is right next to the highway and that made me a little nervous with my little kids so I made sure I was very aware of where they were. "

"This is a motel in a very rural area. The desk person was nice. The room was not high quality, but I wasn’t expecting much. Shower felt nice. TV did not work. Crushed limestone parking lot tracks mud everywhere. The room had been smoked in in the past, which I really dislike. We stayed for a hunting trip at Howard Miller WMA, so we only stayed in the room from 5 pm to 3:30 am. 25 minute drive ti WMA. It slept fine. Exterior is well lit. Other hunters were also staying in other nearby rooms. Interior has the quality of what I am used to at an old hunt camp, but it’s not the best. Will stay again if we hunt this area, but wouldn’t stay for a family trip or vacation. There are a couple of local grocery stores, a fast food place and a local dairy bar within a block.
