Located directly Eagle Lake with a perfect view of the lake. Cozy up in this one bedroom hotel room with all the modern day features and amenities. Private pier access and private boat ramp access. You wont want to miss the sunset here! Plenty of fish to catch! We even have a private fish cleaning station for you to use.

Place needs some TLC, but it’s getting there. Current owner bought recently so still dealing with older issues. Views are great already. The place itself - is getting there.
