The 2 ladies on shift (breakfast&checkout) are BOTH amazing.Checkout lady even offered me cookies. The breakfast 70+ y/o lady even check the snow forecast for me. I wish I remember their names but they are the 2 ladies who worked Dec 8th around 6am. Find them out for me and give them hugs. I bought lottery ticket today and if I win, those are the 2 people I will give money for sure so they can enjoy life.

The room was very clean. As were the hallways in common areas. The wonderful woman who was the breakfast attendant was very friendly. I enjoyed talking with her both mornings we were there. Everything was hot, fresh, and always filled, it seems like a small thing but when you're on the road with a busy schedule that is something that is important to me. She did an excellent job and should be commended.

The room was extremely clean. You could tell housekeeping took pride in their work. The staff was courteous and accommodating so much so that no one in the long checkin line was upset about the long wait. They had an unexpected influx of people searching for vacancies and the poor clerk was doing her best to keep up.
