Discover your Pocono retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom home sleeps 16 and boasts vaulted pine ceilings, an open-concept living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy main floor bedrooms with forest views and an upper loft with hanging chairs. The lower level features a theater, arcade games, and four bedrooms. Outdoors, relax in the hot tub , around fire pits, or on the deck with BBQ. Lake access is just steps away. Modern amenities include smart TVs, a coffee station, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Two cozy bedrooms on this level offer comfortable beds and forest views, just steps from a full bathroom.

Lower Level

Greenwood Acres is a great HOA inside a private community with access to a beautiful lake ready for kayaking or paddleboarding.

There is plenty of room to park each car in our extra large driveway. (garage not in use)

**Important House Rules & Policies:**

1. Minimum age to rent is 25

2. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am

3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)

4. Fireworks are prohibited

5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca

6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.

7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
