There are 2 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other is a walk in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides a dinning table to enjoy a nice meal with your loved ones.

Washer/dryer is accessible in the master bedroom. Detergent is not provided, please plan accordingly for use.

Beautiful deck that looks out to fire pit space where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with your friends or family. A BBQ grill i& Hot tub s also on the deck. Plus, a new putting green game for hours of outdoor fun and friendly competition!

☆☆COMMUNITY AMENITIES☆☆
Beach & Playground: Our beach is open for swimming during the warmer months from dawn to dusk. Adjacent to the beach, we have a playground for children, also open dawn to dusk.

Pavilion: Located near the beach, our pavilion is perfect for grilling and can be rented out for parties and gatherings.

Ceramics & Events: We host ceramics classes on select weekends, usually on Sundays at 1 PM.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Our courts are open daily from dawn to dusk.

Clubhouse: Open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM (closed on Sundays). Inside the clubhouse, they offer a variety of activities including ping pong, a pool table, board games, books, movies to rent, and a basketball hoop game.

Guests have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. CHECK IN/OUT:
1) Infants under two years of age shall not be counted towards the limit of overnight occupants.
2) Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests.
4) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee.
5) Single nights are prohibited (must be 2-14 nights)

GUEST CHECK IN:
1) Entry will be by keyless entry.
2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the
correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one.
4) Maximum day guest to visit are 5 ($10 each guest additional charge)

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you are with us for more than 3 days. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

Streaming service logins are not provided .
There are two tvs in the house one in the master bedroom and one in the loft upstairs.

FIREPIT
1) Wood or supplies are not provided but can be arranged to have delivered upon request although some supplies may be left over by previous guests.

FIREPLACE
1) Living room features a gas fireplace
2) The master bedroom fireplace is set up and can be turned on.

LAUNDRY SPACE
1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use
2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay.
