The place felt like a home away from home. Will most certainly be back. My family loved it and hopefully next time there won’t be as much snow so we can enjoy the external amenities as well.

the pictures actually don't do this place justice, it's a lot bigger & nicer than the pictures make it out to be. this is actually a 5 bedroom house but is listed as 4, there's a fifth bedroom downstairs with a king. check in was easy & the host even allowed for an early & late check out. while you can tell it's an older house, it was definitely worth renting & would recommend. the hot tub was amazing, beds were comfy & check in was very easy. the only thing preventing it from being five stars was the lack of communication in the beginning but during it was spot on. & the fact that the upstairs bathroom tub faucet kept dripping/leaking since we got there without it being used & continued to do so throughout the weekend, kinda kept some people up at night. overall however it's well worth the rent & i highly recommend

Unfortunately it was our worst stay! The house is very old and needs upgrading. The adventure started when we turned on the tv and it was completely broken. The porch outside was very dirty, we cleaned it by ourselves. The upstairs bathroom sinks clogged and we couldn’t use it. The water in the kitchen was so slow that you barely can wash the dishes. The second tv was always glitching. The next day i tried to use washer machine and it was always ending any cycle with error and we end up going home with wet, dirty clothes. The stairs all around the house and porch need a good renovation. The dishes in the kitchen was dirty, the house all around needs a really good cleaning. The worst part was contacting the host. She barely answered any our concerns, we were shocked, it was our 1st time when host doesn’t answer the phone or texts. She gave me the instructions how to use the washing machine that did not help me, as the error was continue to pop up. The water in the kitchen she said was slow because the Poconos was ran off of well water. As i understand it was ran off of well water only in the kitchen, because in the bathrooms it was totally fine (but clogged sink was a huge problem). All other problems that i texted the host was not answering half of the day, another half of the day she answered only about the laundry, but not helped me and about saving water. Nothing was fixed . We were very stressed and disappointed.

Great house; spacious and fun!

This house was great; we were a family of 4 so we didn’t need to use all of the rooms but the main level was very nice and the kids had more than enough room across the house. The hot tub was a hit and the location was nice right near the lake.
