I booked this home based on amenities, number of bedrooms and overall location for a family holiday. Overall the house was good. Enough space for us all to spend time together whether it was in the living room, game room or dining table. The kitchen was stocked with more than I was expecting, with spices and cookware. Bathrooms and house itself was overall clean. One of the amenities we were specifically looking for was a fireplace in the living room, which this house has a beautiful one but it did not work for us on arrival. Host had two separate people come out to take a look at it and ended with it not working at all and we weren’t able to use it which truthfully was a bummer. Hot tub was nice as well, but didn’t get to a hot temperature until the last night of our stay. Basic things around the house needed repaired such as towel hooks that were hanging out of the wall, pockets on the pool table were hanging off with staples exposed, foosball table had a broken metal piece on it that was very sharp, and main door to use to enter and exit located in game room was not sturdy. It had a keypad lock, but was not entirely user friendly when locking up to leave.Also from the listing to the signed agreement to the check in packet that is sent separately, details were different. So I had many questions.Overall good experience, it was a nice place to get my family together for a holiday, but wish the experience with the fire place and broken items would’ve been a little better.

Great stay to get away for the weekend with a few friends. The property manager/cleaning manager came to the house within an hour of asking how the fore place to fix the pilot light. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The only thing that didn’t work for us was the karaoke , but honestly, we didn’t need it because the house offered such a peaceful and relaxing environment. This house is great for a large group of people. We found it clean and comfortable. The game room is well suited for our active youngsters who like pool, air hockey and darts and an extra refrigerator for drinks and snacks. We very much enjoyed the private beach, and fire pit as well. We would recommend this house to anyone needing a large, comfortable house.

We showed up early in the morning and it was rainy we had all of our luggage in the back of a truck. The owner showed up and was not very nice were just trying to store our belongings under a porch for them to stay dry until our paint balling was done. We knew that we could not check in did not think it would be a problem throwing a few bags for shelter. All cars where registered with the guard.

The bedrooms were perfect. Since we were a group of 12 the bed accommodations were perfect. The game room was loaded with indoor things to do. The large deck was perfect. The living room and kitchen were alittle smaller than the pictures but still all 12 fit perfectly.

Perfect House for 4 Families!

This house was perfect for 4 families, allowing 4 couples to have their own bedrooms, a bedroom for the younger girls, a bedroom for the teen girls, and sleeping space in the loft for the boys! Having 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids - looked crystal clear, but had a weird smell. The game room was perfect for late evenings or when it was raining. No one was ever bored! There was plenty of seating inside and outside, but there were no umbrellas for the outdoor tables on the deck, like in the pictures. It was hot when we stayed, so we only used the outdoor seating in the evenings when the sun wasn't directly on the deck. Cornhole was provided, and the firepit was perfect. The backyard was just right for setting up our badminton net. There were no mosquitos! The owners had mosquito tubes hanging from several trees on the perimeter, which actually worked! Not one mosquito bite during our stay! We enjoyed the beach and lots of fishing from the shore, as well as kayaking in our kayaks. Definitely check out the Farmers Market down the street on Saturdays! Everything from home made baked goods, BBQ, kambucha and delicious cheeses! We would definitely return for another stay :)

Nice house for a large group

Overall the property was exactly as listed. Large enough to accommodate our group of 16. Very well stocked kitchen, any pot/pan/utensil needed was there. The outside space is great, huge deck and nice fire pit area. The little beach was nice. The community is very quiet and this was a very relaxing vacation. House could have been a little bit cleaner. It looked like it had been cleaned after the last guest, but maybe that was several weeks ago. There were dead bugs on the windowsills. Nothing gross, but could have been just a little cleaner. My only real complaint was that it is listed as having a pool, and it does not. I find the listing very misleading. Oddly enough, I ran into another couple who also said the house they were renting was listed as having a pool, but this community does not have a pool.

Great property

This house was beautiful. It is very qell taken care of and clean when we arrived. It was perfect for our 3 family vacation and would definitely stay there again. We ran out of propane for the grill during our stay and the concierge services were quick to respond and brought us 2 replacement tanks. The house is located in a community center and the security presence was all around. They questioned wrist bands at the beach, double checked our car tag at the dump station, and we saw them always driving around the neighborhood. It was so nice to see them so vigilant. Overall, this was a great place to stay!
