I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your property with a group of six couples for a retreat in February 2026, and I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience.Firstly, I would like to mention that the location was very nice, and I was particularly drawn to the amenities listed on your website. The number of bedrooms and the size of the beds were ideal for our group, and we would love to stay here again in the future.However, I encountered some issues during our stay that I believe needed your attention. Unfortunately, several amenities that were promised were not readily available due to maintenance problems. Given that I was traveling with individuals aged 60 and up, it is crucial that walkways and common areas are properly shoveled. I noticed that the decks were not cleared of snow until I made numerous attempts to reach out to your agency. I received a message around 10:45 PM indicating that maintenance would come first thing in the morning, but he did not arrive until around 3 PM the next day and was only able to address about half of the needed fixes.Additionally, the area around the firepit was also not shoveled, which made it difficult for us to utilize that space, and the patio furniture was not cleared of snow either.While we truly enjoyed our time at the property, these issues affected our overall experience. I hope that you can address these maintenance concerns to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guest.
