Staff was professional and very friendly. Enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back in the future.
Beautifully restored 100 year old building in downtown Pulaski. Stayed 2 nights and room was spacious with the old world charm maintained in the room restoration with high ceilings and exposed brick walls and wood beams. Friendly staff and there was a nice restaurant on ground floor. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Very nicely kept up! Excellent customer service and an awesome breakfast bar.
Nicest place in the area.
The style of the rooms
The property is beautiful and the hotel has a lot of character. The complimentary breakfast was good. The biggest issue with the hotel was the noise. There is no insulating property blocking noise from above you. You heard ever word as if the people above you was in the room with you. The hotel is also beside of an active railroad and the trains coming by blowing their horns as they go by woke us up throughout the night. The front desk had a hard time activating the key for the room. 3 out of the 4 keys we tried didn't work. While the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly I don't think my wife and I will try staying there again.
Excellent hotel in such a small town. Great staff.
I knew when I walked in the door I had made the right choice to stay there. I love the 100 year old building, the exposed brick and beams!! There was a warm "home" feeling walking in. The reception was friendly and alert. Most hotels I stay at the person behind the counter looks like they dread working there. Not at Jackson Park Inn, Moe and Karen were there to greet us at 11:00pm with smiles on their faces. They engaged in conversation and made us genuinely feel welcome. Our check in was quick, they gave us the rundown on breakfast and dinner. It was great!! We stayed on the second floor and had a King Size room. My wife loved the room when we walked in and told me "Good Choice Honey!". The "Raw Loft" feel is something I really appreciate. 11 foot ceilings and wood accoutrements are a unique look in a hotel room. It was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Our bath area had a double sink, and closed off commode / shower area. The flat panel TV was installed with a very "clean" look. The bureau of drawers was real wood, the microwave, refrigerator and safe were neatly tucked away. If you didn't open the doors and drawers you'd never know they were there. The Kuerig coffee maker was there with Dunkin' Doughnuts pods. Breakfast was different delicious every day! The dinner offerings were wonderful and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good about this place! The Jackson Park Inn is a one of a kind place! I highly recommend!!
The hotel is nicely adapted from a historic building with exposed brick walls and massive wood beams.
Unique cool property . love it!!
Though the property is newer and has great potential, the lack cleanliness was a big problem. Carpets and towels were stained, and the room looked like it had never been dusted. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel restaurant and bar (the only ones around) closed Sunday evening and all Monday.
Only complaint I had on the hotel was the bathroom door. It was VERY squeaky, VERY loud. Not good when there’s other people in the room and you have to go to the bathroom at night.
The problem I have is, My confirmation stated $89.00 and JPI charged me the standard rate of $99.00? Thanks
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The King Suite is amazing and definitely worth the extra $15. Lots of 5 star touches at a 3 star price!
Excelente lugar, muy acogedor, limpio y buena atencion.
