Cheap, unclean, rip-off

Uninviting reception area, unbothered staff, feels like the place has been ignored for a while, The only positive is proximity to the beach and pier.

Disgusting person on reception polish very dirty clothes eating pizza walked away when I try to discuss issues about deposit I refused to stay at this filthy dirty mans hotel I'm discussed at Expedia allowing the public to be treated like this he had fat belly and shirt missing button belly sticking out eating pizza awful I drove all the way home sick in my stomach disgusting service

One of the dirtiest hotels Iā€™ve stayed in, no room service unless we paid extra, mattress covered in stains, carpet burnt. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Blackpoo!

Clean sheets and an acceptable shower are the only real good points. Had to pay extra for parking, a Ā£50 damage waiver (In cash), the view from the window was of a wall and a flat roof, covered in rubbish and dirty daipers. When it rained, the ceiling of the ground floor bar leaked badly, which was quite spectacular as the building is at least 3 storeys high! The sink was too small to fill the kettle and the door was off the hinges, causing difficulty in opening and closing the door, which may have been dangerous. On the day of leaving, there was sewage coming back through the drains. The smell was horrendous and it was impossible to stay in the room... Shall I mention the squeeling kids and scumbag couples that argued all night and kept us awake?! And it's THREE QUID for a cup of instant coffee!

Waited quarter of an hour after countless rings of the bell to check in it the hotel was only run by one Polish man my room was freezing the heating didnā€™t work the walls were cracked and drawn on my blinds were blowing up so I went to close the window it wasnā€™t open? Went to the bar just as cold had to go get my coat so one of the dresses Iā€™d packed for a new year trip could be warm for the temperature Hotel was advertised as having entertainment and evening bingo each night Not trueBar poorly stocked and only took cash New Yearā€™s Day as I was leaving to get breakfast I was told he was closing the hotel and I had to go pack and walk there another 15 mins away from town centre by the time Iā€™d done this and got a ram to centre I was too late to get breakfast The trams were only running every half hour for New Years and it was 44 mins before one came Worst New Yearā€™s Eve ever And I paid for it! Dontbook here best staying home

We had to pay 50.00 a cash deposit for this, also went down for breakfast inly to be told they werent doung breakfast, which was part of the deal and ine of the reasons we booked the place, also a sea view which was looking in to a lane, so we checked out, the room also stunk of cigarette smoke so that was not good.
