Absolutely awful service

I’d like to be contacted at the earliest opportunity as I tried calling yesterday as turned up and the hotel didn’t exist and the customer service lady was rude and put the phone down I have messaged on Facebook to explain what happyand sent proof
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2024
