the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. Then at 10:30pm at night we had the man that worked there knock on our door begging us to take the check in review down which i thought was unprofessional and it made me a bit scared after that. we could hear the shower from the communal bathroom in our bedroom next door banging really loudly in our en suit. the bed was really comfy and the area was fantastic it’s close to everything. the room as a whole is outdated and if you were on the higher side you would not be able to fit through the shower doors. it was an okay stay for the price of it.

"Spotless room and a seriously comfortable bed I actually managed to sleep through the night without any noise from the street. It’s a perfect little base for exploring since everything is within walking distance, but it still feels tucked away and private. Great value for the price and the loyalty card is a nice touch for a return trip!"

"Really impressed with how well-maintained this place is;the new management is putting a lot of care into the property. The rustic decor gives it a cozy feel and the whole check-in process was totally hassle-free. It’s quiet, clean, and in a prime spot for getting to the Tower and the seafront quickly. "A very clean and well-maintained property in a prime location. It’s tucked away on a side street, so it’s peaceful, yet you can walk to the Tower or the shops in just a few minutes. The check-in process was smooth and the management seems to have a real handle on keeping the place organized and friendly. Excellent value for money for such a central location, and the loyalty scheme is a brilliant touch for regular visitors. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends."

"We had a brilliant stay at No. 34! The new owners are lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we rang the bell. The room was spotless, the decor has a really charming rustic feel, and most importantly—the bed was incredibly comfy. We slept like logs! It’s in a perfect spot, just a short walk from the front and all the main attractions. While they don't serve breakfast anymore, there are some great cafes literally just around the corner, so it wasn't an issue at all. For the price, especially for such a central location, you really can’t beat it. They even have a loyalty card for returning guests which is a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!"

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I stayed at No. 34 Vance Road B&B on 29/03/2026 in Blackpool and had an amazing experience. The value for money is excellent, and the room was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, guiding me nicely throughout my stay. The location is perfect with easy access to all attractions. I would strongly recommend this B&B and will definitely book again on my next visit!

Arrived and found out new owners had taken over a month ago - Using old website for advertising which shows that breakfast is included - New owners do not serve breakfast - Was given a key for room and the external doors for exit and entry - Upon arriving back after a stroll around realised external door handle was loose and had difficulty unlocking it - No staff around to help or phone number to call should we could not gain entry - Did not see anyone in the building from late afternoon until leaving the following morning - No customer service given at all - DO NOT RECOMMEND
