The room was spotless and nicely decorated and everywhere smelt fresh. Room was small, but that's what we paid for. The other area of the hotel where clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent. Can't recommend enough. Close to Pleasure Beach and South station

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely stay at the Manchester House Hotel. Despite the covid-19 pandemic nothing was too much and everything was clean with plenty of hand sanitiser around. The room was lovely and is in a great location 5 minutes walk to the waterpark, pleasure Beach and south pier. Lovely breakfast served daily. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastically clean and exceptionally close to all amenities. Owners were lovely and very friendly. Stayed in a very comfortable family room, spotless and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and made to order, can even substitute the kids breakfast for pancakes or waffles which was a big hit for my son. WiFi was also perfect!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Lovely Hotel

Spent a lovely couple of days here this week with my partner and son. It’s located just down the road from South pier and the pleasure beach and to get anywhere else there are frequent trams going along the seafront or it’s a nice little walk. From the moment we arrived the hosts were lovely and very accommodating, we were given a free parking space just around the corner. Our room was lovely, modern & clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty options for breakfast and we all thoroughly enjoyed it both days. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely return if we went back to Blackpool.

Warm and welcoming, excellent service

What a wonderful family stay.. we had a warm welcome, room was completely spotless and beds very comfortable. When we went down for breakfast my daughter was disappointed to see there was no chocolate spread, but this was purchased for her the following day and she had the whole jar to herself :) the owners bent over backwards to make us welcome, breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this guest house next year. 😁

Myself and my daughter stayed for 2 nights which we enjoyed. Hosts are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we required in it. We didnt have breakfast but it smelt delicious when we passed in the morning. The location of the hotel was excellent as only a short walk to pleasure beach and other attractions as well as to local transport stops. I would definitely recommend to others as was good value for money and we would definately stay again.

We arrived early at the property to a warm welcome and a room upgrade. We stayed in the luxury suite which was spacious clean and nicely decored with a large bed. Throughout our stay had a friendly chat or two with the owners, we experienced no problems whilst staying at this hotel and would return again when in blackpool. THANKYOU for our lovely stay.

Perfect for a family base in Blackpool

We loved staying at the Manchester. We stayed in the six person family room...2 adults, an 8 year old boy, an 11 year old girl and twin 14 year old boys. The room was lovely. Nice place near the beach

I'll try to be fair to both the owner/operators and potential visitors. The owner/operators were very pleasant and hard-working. The hotel was of the quality that I expected for what I paid. The room was clean, and the service was all I could have asked. Amenities, too, were of the usual standard (that's not a complaint). The location could hardly have been better -- just a short walk from the South Pier and the Pleasure Beach, and a good Chinese restaurant. The room was a little cramped for four people (me, my wife, and two grandchildren aged 9 and 7), but, again, I had not expected a lot of space. There were a couple of small maintenance details I could mention, but it hardly seems fair, because I'm sure they would've been fixed if I had brought them to the owners' attention. Overall, we were quite satisfied with everything, and I hope this review reflects that.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great little guest house, very clean, good location near front and south pier but just far enough to be quiet at night. en suite family room was fairly modern with 1 double bed and bunk beds, very clean. everything worked. TV, kettle, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, shower etc. Hosts were friendly. Excellent value for money we would stay here again. Me, Wife, Girl (7) Boy (4)
