Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in living area; Ceramic heater and portable evaporative cooling unit in queen bedroom; Ceramic heating in bunk bedroom and 2nd queen bedroom; Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large television (with USB & HDMI port) in lounge room; Wall-mounted swivel television in living area; Televisions in all 3 bedrooms. Spacious sofa seating in lounge room; DVD player in lounge room and bunk bedroom; DVDs; CD player; Radio; Board games; Playing cards; Treadmill. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and stovetop, microwave, rain water, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring standard compatible pods or purchase locally), dishwasher and large side by side fridge/freezer.
