Sugarhaus is a bright, open cottage with a great deck overlooking the mountains. It is comfortable and roomy with a large living room for gathering around the fireplace. Two main-level bedrooms make this house perfect for a few couples trying to get away, but there's also additional sleeping upstairs to accommodate larger groups and families. Linens are included.

Nestled in Ridgecrest, in the beautiful mountains above quaint Black Mountain, you're 5 minutes from many local shops and restaurants. You're also 20 minutes to the arts and restaurants of Asheville, Sugarhaus is a wonderful place for families or friends to get together in one of the most desirable areas of the country.

House Layout:
Main level- living room with TV and wood-burning fireplace; dining area with seating for 10; full kitchen with island seating for 3 (please note there is no dishwasher, and the washer & dryer is off the kitchen); bedroom with queen, twin bed, and full bath, second bedroom also with a queen, twin bed, and full bath, and a sleeping nook with double bed; full hall bath with shower only.
Upper level- bedroom with 3 twins and 1 double bed.
Outdoors- Deck with rocking chair seating and charcoal grill.

What a great spot in the woods. We were attending as part of a conference at Ridgecrest and this property shares the fence line. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Not having a dishwasher was tough, but we made it work. Also, having to take trash away from the property ourselves was also a hurdle, but it was priced right and in the perfect location. Communication between the rental agency and us was quick and easy. We would stay here again for sure. Just wish we had more time outside the conference to enjoy the deck!
