The apartment was newly built by the homeowner himself, beautifully assembled in soft-modern decor. The apartment features a private fully-furnished outdoor deck with grill, stairs for direct access to nearby stream and hiking trails. Fantastic views of the historic remnants of the Guastavino Estate with mossy mountain landscapes. Based in the heart of Black Mountain and conveniently located a few minutes from Downtown Black Mountain, and just under 20 minutes from Downtown Asheville.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Wonderful stay

We were visiting for a few days Black Mountain to meet up with our children and grandchildren. My husband and I decided to stay in this comfortable and very cozy apartment. The stay was wonderful and the owners were attentive to our questions. We would love to go back and stay there again. It felt like home. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. I’m sorry we didn’t get to meet the owners, since we were in and out with the kids. Perhaps next time. I must say the grounds are so pretty that it must be wonderful to stay in the Spring when you can use the terrace. Thank you Anatoly for making your property so special.

The most perfect place to stay…

Truly perfect in every way! The location is great, just minutes to downtown Black Mountain with all the restaurants and shops. This newly constructed accommodation is decked out with every convenience and comfort you could possibly want. High end furnishings, comfy king bed with luxurious linens, fully equipped kitchen, amazing outdoor space and property… it really doesn’t get any better than this!!! Not to mention super nice, responsive and accommodating hosts. We had the most pleasant stay. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates quality and the finer things.

Not only is this little getaway located near downtown black mountain, it has everything you need to stay right where you are. As soon as you exit your car, you encounter a gorgeous scene with smiling trees and babbling waters. After taking a few deep breaths of fresh Black Mountain air, you take a step into this modern, yet homey apartment. Countless artistic choices sprinkled around the flat, it feels like you are stepping into someone else’s life. Seriously, I would live here.

Visiting Family - A great place to relax!

We were immediately impressed with the updated property and how convenient the location was to downtown Black Mountain and groceries. It was great to relax in the back patio overlooking all the mature trees, wildlife and the stream. Lastly, we found that we overpacked due to all the amenities that were already on the properly (coffee, laundry detergent, spices, soaps, etc.).

Really a special place.

I really did not know what to expect when I reserved because there were no reviews. I was just familiar with the area. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort, and nice porch . Quiet neighborhood. We also met Anatoly and his wife. They were very welcoming and accommodating to whatever we needed. The place is only few minutes from downtown black mountain and about 15 min to Asheville. Several hiking trails in the area too. Would definitely reserve there again.
