UNIQUE HOLIDAY ENJOYMENT IN THE HEART OF THE ALPS
Our Alpine penthouse is unique in its form: The Alpen Penthouse is a luxurious hideaway for nature lovers and sports fans, for families and friends who value holiday enjoyment in a private ambience.
We as hosts would like to help you to experience an unforgettable holiday in the Alps of Salzburg!
The penthouse is spread over two floors with four bedrooms, two kitchens and two large living rooms. In total there are three king-size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and three single beds. Each room has the same high standard.
The upper floor with its 25-meter-long glass front is unique in the Salzburger Alps. In the wintertime the penthouse is heated with underfloor heating and cooled down with air conditioning in the summertime.
The two designer kitchens are fully equipped. The table at the upper floor is for nine people and the table at the first floor seats eight persons. Both living rooms are equipped with a 65 inch Ultra HD television including Netflix access and are sonicated with Bose speakers.
On the 75 square meter terrace there is a panorama - pine sauna and a whirlpool for up to six people. The whirlpool is filled with the water of our own mountain spring and the energy for the penthouse is generated by our own photovoltaic system.
We offer a ski room with ski boot dryers for our skiing guests and we have parking lots for four cars.
