My paintball team was traveling to the area for the weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Plenty of bedrooms and space for our guys to spread out and the backyard is huge! Also, their water heater is A. Having 8-9 guys needing to shower and do laundry after practice we never ran out of hot water. The huge back yard and spacious driveway was also convenient. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This place was only 15 minutes from the Alabama Theater. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderfully decorated and furnished. Beds were comfy too! Best thing, best customer service I have ever had from a host.

Easy check-in and clean property. Not the most modern home but was very reasonable for the price. Backyard was nicely fenced. Only marginal “complaint” was the initial strong aroma of cleaning material..like Pine-Sol. It took 24 hrs for the smell to settle.

Fabulous house & visit

Pictures were extremely accurate, loved the fenced in back yard for my dog, every little convenience we needed was there & more. Jonathon responded to a couple of question like lightning. We will certainly stay there again.

The house was perfect for my New Orleans Family to stay a gather with our family from Alabama. The outdoor area was awesome. The only issue was the front area wasn’t working and maybe because the battery needed to be replaced so it was kinda stuffy the first two nights. But overall it’s a beautiful place I’ll definitely revisit closer to my brother house.

Immaculate Older Home

This was a fantastic property in a not fantastic neighborhood. The house was in incredible condition. They had amenities set up as if it were a hotel (there were mints on the pillows). I've never seen so many towels in my life. We were a family of 6, but I think each bathroom had enough towels that we could have hosted all of our extended family and everyone would have had a towel, haha! Jonathan was great and easy to work with. We just needed this place for a 1-night stay and would use it again. I think the only drawback is the neighborhood. Pretty rough all around the home, but the house itself has security measures in place everywhere as well as video cameras displayed on the exterior to deter negative activity at the home. This is helpful for sure, though if we were staying in B'ham for a longer period of time than 1 or 2 nights, i'd probably stay in a different area. But again, if its a weekend or overnight stop, i'm staying here again.

Jonathan, I truly enjoyed my visit at the Vista. The lights were on when we arrived, and it was so comforting after being in the car for 10 hours. The house was amazing. It was extremely clean with all the amenities of home! Everything we needed was there from q-tips to extra paper towels. You thought of everything. The upscale homey decor was so appreciated. Thank you so much. We will certainly come again.

Nice little place for baseball tournament

We had 6 people and a dog for a 6 day stay in July 2023. Place was nice, clean and comfortable as well as very well stocked. Area has lots of restaurants nearby as well (chains mostly) Property owner responded to all communication within minutes. Great experience overall. Only downside, which is beyond the property owner's control was that there was a lot of fireworks in the neighborhood which was weird since we checked in on July 12.

The house was perfect size . The beds was hard for the adults kids didn’t seem to mind. Loved having the extra towels and toilet paper laundry detergent paper towels that was definitely a plus. Over all it was a good stay just terrible bed

Panicked!

My original booking was double booked and I got canceled. Then, I found The Vista! We had more than enough room for everyone! The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was situated away from the other bedrooms. There was coffee and a fully stocked kitchen. Usually I bring my own or buy when I get to the location. There were plenty of towels, trash bags and other paper products. We had a family reunion and we were in charge of desserts! We baked and made all kinds of desserts. The only thing we didn't have enough of was mixing bowls. I loved the swing in the back porch. There was plenty room out back for everyone to sit. It would have been perfect if there was a firepit for making s'mores. We all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider this place again. Thank you.

Great multi-room home

When I booked I was looking for at least four good sized bedrooms with legitimate beds for adults. There were 4 or us that were up for a weekend at Barber Motorsports. The rooms and beds where great and comfortable. We weren’t in the home much but the time that we were there was fine. Clean, well kept, and a relatively new remodel by the looks of it. Sufficient parking for at least 3 vehicles in the driveway.
