This Birmingham home is strategically located in a quite wonderful family oriented neighborhood, with lots of privacy and nature around.
It has been newly renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous hardwood floors although the house, great gourmet kitchen and spa type bathrooms.
With a back porch to take time to sip a coffee, talk with friends and relax.

The house is entirely dedicated to our guest it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, back porch, a fabulous kitchen lots of counter space, one of the bedrooms is located in basement.
It’s very cozy, warm welcoming home.

For the protection of our guest and the property we have cameras outside premises to help us close monitoring.

We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the rules.
Home it’s for “guest” ONLY staying, no one else is to be at the property.
We do not allow Parties or Gatherings at our property.
In the case of traveling players only 2 children will be allowed “for any sport” we do not under any circumstances will accept sharing the price of stay, ONE family one responsible.
We do not allow any TABACO product to be consumed in our home, neither are cigarettes or e-cigarettes.
Pets, service dogs or animals of any kind are not allow in our home.
We will appreciate guest to follow our rules as we want you to have a great experience “fail to comply will result in termination of stay without refund”.
When sending a Booking request include a message telling me a little bit about yourself, this trip and the guest traveling with you, it will allow us to get to know our guest and feel comfortable before your arrival.
To our golfers 🏌️‍♂️you can store and carrie your equipment through the garage and keeping it there will facilitate transportation coming and going, feel free to utilize it.
Last but not least I will be happy to accommodate “late check out” however there is a fee of $80 only until 12noon, if you planning of be there after then it will be consider an extended stay at stablished price, understand that we run in a schedule and Cleanning service have to be there a certain time or will not service our home, Best thing let me know ahead of time.

The Perfect 19th Hole

We were a group of 4 senior golfers. This property was great for us with 4+ bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open concept kitchen, living/dining room and TV area. It is conveniently located to two of the RTJ golf courses and numerous restaurants. Yeli is an extremely responsive host who answered all of our questions promptly and clearly.

We had a wonderful time in a great neighborhood of Vestavia Hills. The location is within a short drive to I-65 & US 31; proximity to supermarkets & businesses is a pro while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was great. All clean, very functional & well stocked with all the things you need to have. Beautiful master and master bath. Nice porch/deck in the back. Owner was easy to work with, communicated quickly and has been very helpful & supportive with a nice and friendly attitude. The property is well situated for a hassle-free stay. We would come back in the future when we are in the area.

Awesome property and location

Beautiful home and safe neighborhood BUT

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The location was perfect and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. I would love to give this home all 5s but there were misquotes EVERYWHERE! More inside the home than outside! The home owner was so kind and tried to help by sending “flying insect traps “ but they did not help. My daughter was feasted upon and so was I. Every time we walked into the house you could see them flying around and when you turned on the faucets they would come out of the drains. With some proper pest control this house will be perfect for a stay for any family. I hope they can get it under control.

Ladies' Golf Road Trip

The home is perfect...comfy, clean, and most important in a wonderfully safe neighborhood. Our main goal was to golf and boy did we golf. We played local courses Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley. Drove 2 hours to play Grand National Links, and honestly the drive was easy, no traffic, great highways. We did visit Auburn and ate dinner at Ariccia, yummy food and wonderful staff. We also traveled an hour to play Capitol Hill both the Judge and Senator. I highly recommend these courses and again they were an hour away but very easy driving conditions. Two restaurants that were high on our list was Cajun Seafood House in Vestavia Hills and Front Porch in Hoover.

Wedding stay

We chose this location due to its close proximity to Park Crest. Preparing for our daughter's wedding, we had various family members stay with us. It is a well done remodel of a house and functions well as a VRBO. It would have been nice to have twin beds in one of the rooms for a brother/sister room.

Golf getaway

We booked the house to play some RTJ Trail courses. The kitchen was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Newly remodeled upstairs. Downstairs could use some updating. With that said we would stay there again.

7 church friends who ride motorcycles

It was awesome. After spending a week at the dragon and riding all the mountain roads it was great to come to a very clean, beautiful and relaxing home. The girls hung out at the house and the guys went to Barbers motorcycle museum. Great host, neighborhood and great location. We will keep this location as one of our favorite site. This is an annual trip for us. I highly recommend this location.

Very Lovely Home

I had the pleasure of staying in this home while visiting Birmingham. The house is in a very nice, family oriented neighborhood with access to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and much more. The cleanliness of the house was immaculate, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need, bed was very comfortable. I took advantage of the lovely screened in porch each morning, where I would enjoy a cup of coffee. Check in was smooth and the owner was very accommodating and on hand should you need anything. A very lovely home, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Birmingham. Thank you, Yeli : )

Alls well that ends well

A bit of a rough start due to airline delays. This caused caused undue distress to the host and myself. Following a brutally honest conversation, I was able to make it yo the property. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The picture of the outside of the property doesn’t do it justice. This is a beautiful place. It’s clean, well appointed, near many great places. The bedroom, bathrooms, Kitchen, and living areas are laid out beautifully. I was surprised to see an incredible living space on the basement level. Yeli leaves clear, concise instructions on how to care for the property, and makes herself available for her guests. She seemed a little overbearing during our first conversations, however it’s understandable when you consider the work and resources that she put into the property and the horror stories that some guest create. Now that we have “broken the ice” in our relationship, if she would have me back, I would definitely have to consider this beautiful property for my next Birmingham get away.

Loved our stay!

We loved everything about this house. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. The screened in deck was really nice. The neighborhood was lovely. Neighbors were friendly. Having a washer and dryer was super nice. The location of the house was close to Publix and local restaurants. If we come back to Hoover, we would love to stay again.
