With space for 12 guests (beds + sofa bed), the home is fully furnished, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, onsite laundry, and ramps at both entrances. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, the living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV is to the right, and a small office nook with a desk and chair is to the left. Through the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats four. Left of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Right of the living room is the additional three bedrooms and full bathroom. The first and second rooms have full beds. The last has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is between the three rooms and has a shower/tub combination. A charcoal grill is available on the back deck. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

1. TV did not work. Called the service number. No one came or called back. 2. Towels smell horrible and should be thrown away. We had to buy towels.3. No blankets for the bunk beds. We had to buy blankets.4. Instructions noted to place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. There were rusty dirty utensils in the dishwasher and no detergent in the house.5. Instructions noted to place towels in the washer. The washer had metal "washers" in the bottom of it. We were scared it was broken. There was no laundry detergent.6. The neighborhood was unsafe. People walking past our house yelling late at night. Very uncomfortable for me and my family.7. Owner was MIA. Some service company answered, but did absolutely nothing to help.

checked in during rainstorm; access ramp to front door rickety and "sinking" in places. House smelled of mold/mildew upon entering. Air conditioning window units in some but not all of the rooms (no central air). Communication prior to arrival had been difficult and NO RESPONSE since attempting to contact them at check-in and after. We left and went to a hotel. Location/neighborhood undesirable. Indoor Air quality tests need to be done in this house. VERY DISSATISFIED with host and listing.
