This stay was a suprise treat for our daughter due to starting school. The room was spacious, breakfast was yummy and the best part for our daughter was the pool! We will defo stay again, this was our second stay here and enjoyed again!

We arrived at spa reception and received a very warm welcome by receptionist Sally. She explained the plan of the day and shown us around changing rooms and facilities. She gave us our robes and slippera and took us to the relaxation room, and shown us where to get refreshments from. We had treatments including mud resul which were excellent and used facilities which were also excellent. All staff were polite and friendly and lunch in the conservatory was also excellent and very good service. A lovely day and one we will remember. THANK YOU to you all and we will be back soon!!

If you want a good quality hotel at a sensible price, the Lea Marston fits the bill. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bedroom comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. I only ate breakfast here, which was buffet style and had plenty of choice.

The staff here are very pleasant . The superior room I have is very nice , lovely shower , fluffy robes & complimentary toiletries . The food I've had so far has been fine . The down side is that we are located right next to a clay pigeon centre & the crack of the clay gun has been relentless all day , distracting for our meeting & irritating now I'm trying to grab an hours down time . It's 19.30 ,nearly dark & they are still at it despite their site stating they were closed at 6 . I couldn't come for a weekend in my own time for this reason .

We chose the Lea Marston Hotel and Spa as our annual Spa break and had never visited previously. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely warm receptionist and shown to our suite. The suite (The Warwick) was reasonable so all good so far. The Duty Manager (Theresa) was constantly checking to see if everything was ok with our stay, she was very professional yet also very warm. So far all was positive. The food on the first night was delicious and the service excellent. So far so good... The Spa.... Wow what can I say.... aside from extremely disappointing. Masking tape holding the seating area together, windows filthy! The sauna room smelt awful so we literally walked in then walked out, The loungers by the pool had mould on them where they hadn't dried out properly. The decor was overall very tired and in need of a paint brush. Frankly the worst Spa we have been in for some years. The Treatments - A different story altogether... they were fantastic and I have to say this is down to a therapist called Lydia (I think that was her name) I had the hot stone massage (best I'd ever had), and the Indian head (again the best ever). My daughter had the facial which she also loved. Lydia is by far the best Therapist, she's attentive, warm and makes you feel like you are her only client. An asset to you all at this hotel. The food on the second night was average. My daughters meal had to be returned as it was stone cold and it was very bland. My Lamb however was fine. Such a shame about the Spa itself since everything else was great. I hear there are new owners...? So my suggestion would be to revamp the Spa, look after your staff and you'll have a top notch place.

Stayed here this Saturday night, room was lovely, clean and modern. Dinner was really nice however we weren't booked in after I pre booked this on reservation so we weren't told what food was included. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choice. We then went to use the spa facilities as after all it was a spa break we booked and there was only a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool of which all needed a make over. Our treatment was booked for 1.45 but we were told could only use facilities until 11am. When we came back for our massage we were then asked if we were on a spa break and got shown other facilities and given a robe etc... Massage was very good when we finally got put in a dual room again as that's what i had booked. Nice stay but disappointing spa facilities, wouldn't recommend this as a his and hers spa break.

Stayed here just the one night, handy for the wedding venue that we were attending at Shustoke Farm Barns. The room was lovely, fresh and clean and breakfast was amazing, really high quality here.Thank you.

Here with business, room was just fine, staff lovely and gym well equiped! Would use this hotel again when in Birmingham with work as nice not to worry about parking and travelling into the city. Breakfast was excellent

Lovely hotel. Very clean and fresh. Lovely facilities. Quiet countryside location. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and polite. The shower in the room was excellent, and the SA and pool facilities were good quaility.

excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms. would recommend the upgrade to a Superior Double it is well worth the small extra. Excellent breakfast and very convenient. The Gym is ideal and easy to use without the usual "gym crowd" struting round.
