The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of six adults. However, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until after the official check-in time, which caused some stress. We gained access about 30 minutes late.One of the room doors had a faulty lock, and unfortunately, two of the ladies got trapped inside. The facility manager had to enter through the window to break the door open, which made us late for our event. Sadly, the manager’s response was quite rude and unprofessional.The place itself has great potential, but better communication, proper maintenance, and more courteous service would significantly improve the experience.
