Close to UAB, poor condition

I told host I was coming in late, had difficulty finding it as porch light was turned off. Entire building is old, floors are warped with 6 inch differences in floor. Floors and windows were dirty, smelled bad, blinds are broken and don’t fully cover windows. There are 4 entrances from outside, didn’t feel safe. I left early after finding cockroaches. I asked owner to refund the nights not stayed, and got no response.
