Parking - Our property is situated on a bustling street in downtown Birmingham, where metered parking (8am - 6pm, with 2-hr limit) is available on the street or in a nearby paid lot. Please note that the building does not offer on-site parking.

Pool: *TEMPORARILY CLOSED* Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

Damage Waiver/Security Deposit - Please kindly read the section "Other things to note" section below.

The property is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We take cleanliness seriously and conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure high standards. Timely check-out is essential for us to prepare the space for our next guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Unauthorized Pets - $450
No Smoking - $500 Fee applies
Parties are prohibited - $1000 fine for violations (will be removed from property without refund)
Tampering with property smoke detectors, exterior doorbell, noise detector - $350 (will be removed from property without refund)

Important: We kindly ask that all guests complete our guest verification process to ensure a smooth check-in experience. This is in line with rental regulations and is facilitated through our trusted third-party app, Superhog. The process is quick and easy! Superhog will reach out to you via email or text, offering you a choice between a security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This helps protect both you as our valued guest and us as your host. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival.
