Need to be familiar with large city in Birmingham

The communication with the host was exceptional! Promptness and information given to questions was next to none :) Host was great! I do wish I had either more knowledge of big city areas or more was related to me when coming from a small town in Ohio what the surrounding area might be like, so unfortunately did not stay.

We were in town for Motion Conference and we enjoyed our stay. It was so easy to contact our host when we had a question and it was close enough that we could just walk to the conference.

Very cute loft in a great part of downtown. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it if you are looking for a great, easy place to stay and get around downtown.

The loft was extremely clean and communication was excellent. However, we had several issues with 'neighbors' and random people walking through the alley in the middle of the night. Friday night, someone popped firecrackers outside our door and there was constant foot traffic with yelling from 1am-4am both nights. The second night there was a huge fight outside our back door (in the alley) at 4am. It ended up being our ‘neighbors’ in the next loft. We had to call the police. It was truly awful. They even broke their door glass during the hour long altercation and were peeking into our windows and back glass door. I reached out to the host about the situation and she was very apologetic and said they would look into the incidents further.However, I think full disclosure about the safety should be included in my review.

Property was very dirty!!!

Contacted host about the condition of the property. There was a lot of black mold in the shower and there were finger nail clippings on the floor and even finger nail clippings in the refrigerator….Gross!!! I went to Target and spent 60 in cleaning equipment to get the property in shape . I also cleaned and vacumed the entire apartment , Host response to me was I will let the cleaning people know and could you give me a Five Star Review….Pretty lame response !!!! Property owner didn’t even offer to reimburse me for the cleaning products! I would attach photos for proof , but it doesn’t allow me to do so.

Lovely loft in great location

The unit was very clean, well stocked and centrally located in the historic district, which was perfect for us. We were able to do a self guided-walking tour. Don't miss the Eddie Kendrick park. My friend attended services at the 16th Street Baptist church. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive in answering our questions. The access and check in was easy. It was great to have a parking space included. I felt very safe in this location. I would stay here again.

Great stay near concert venues

Literally next door to the Lyric and Alabama Theatre. Not a lot else around to be honest. The unit is super clean and comfortable. Check-in is a 4pm, not 3:59:59 unless you want to pay a $35 early check in fee.

Annual Birmingham Girls Trip

Our stay was everything this year! The property was just what we wanted and it didn’t fail. The property manager was very responsive which made it easy. We were a little confused entering the loft; but didn’t read the instructions correctly. Cleanliness was at the top of the list and the beds were definitely inviting. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for having us!!

Loved location!

Great place with lots of character and nicely done. Perfect for us attending a dance competition at the Alabama Theatre directly across the street. And very convenient to lots of dining options and just a few minutes from Interstate. Loved our stay!

Perfect Accommodations!

We were in town for only 2 nights, and this was the perfect set up for my husband and myself. All the conveniences of home in a great location. Loved the huge shower! There was a hiccup with parking, which was handeled immediately upon us notifying Alesia. We will definitely be booking again if available when we are back in town!
