Staff were friendly. However there were no pillows in the room, construction work was taking place. It was noisy, started early (before 8am) and continued through the day as scaffolding was put up directly outside my window. The room was incredibly hot, despite having window open and blinds closed. Corridors were also very hot. I never found the gym, there was no signage. I could have asked at reception, but didn't make the time to
