Everything was great, room was clean, bathroom was great lovely size. I had booked a room with two singles but the beds were more like small doubles! The breakfast was lovely, we had dinner the night before and used the mobile app to have it brought to our room which was a great touch! WiFi connection was great once I’d signed into my Marriot Bonvoy account and I could cast my Netflix to the tv! The tv on its own was great too! Was looking for a regular place to stay when in Birmingham, this might just be the place!

Really enjoyed our stay over New Year's holiday. Spent 4 nights, family of 4, 2 adults 2 teenagers. Everyone was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. Convenient location, clean space, can't find any faults really.. other than it got warm.. but they did come to the room to explain the engineers were working on it, it was later resolved. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

I cannot fault this hotel; excellent value for money, everywhere is very clean, comfortable spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast and every member of staff we’ve come into contact with has been extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Park at the Millennium point car park - you can see the hotel from the car park so it’s just a couple of minutes stroll over the road.
