Good customer service. Quiet area, as well. Good parking. Great breakfast. Rooms were not as clean, however but we made it work. We will return for stay.
Ripoff. They charged the $100 damage deposit to my card and we then have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. What a ripoff. Hoe many people don't get their refunds because they forget to folloe up on it. Hotel is a dump. Rooms need extensive maintenance. They are collecting this damage money but are doing no repairs. Would never stay here again or recommend.
No early check in. Even though the room was paid for they required a $100 deposit. Assigned me a 3rd floor room even though I had a dog. The elevator was not in service so I had to insist on a room on the 1st floor and had to take a room with 2 queen beds rather then the king that I reserved

This was a well-priced, pleasant hotel, convenient to the I-10. The driveway wasn't the best situated to the nearby intersection, but it was fine. The shower curtain rod was loose, which caused the curtain to sag, and a puddle to form outside the tub. Otherwise, the room was fine.
Clean
After reading the reviews, I was confident in the facility. When we arrived, the staff member was not engaged during my check in and did not offer any information. Carpet was very dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. I was overall not impressed.
They repeatedly had issues with billing the correct card and then solved it by billing both cards on file thus double billing me. The manager did fix it quickly once I brought it to her attention though. Most of the front desk employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. Only one was only unhelpful but atleast polite about it.
No problems or issues, not top of the line but awesome accommodations for the price, great value.
