I had a room booked at this motel for Probably two weeks . When I arrived I found out this hotel honored no reservations and rented my room to someone else. I had traveled 5 hours to get there with this being Labor day weekend rooms were sold out .this left me and my son sleeping in a rest area that night before heading back home. Motel says it is orbitz fault but there was a paper on window when I got there saying no reset. Totally livid with this still!!!!!!!!!

it was terrible the worst place ever the air conditioning did not work and it smelled like ass in the room . and yhere was pee in the toilet . and we did not stay theres crack heads walking around. did not feel safe

Cheap price gets cheap motel. First room a/c didn't work. Second room smoke alarm beeped every minute. Third room TV didn't work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean comfy beds and pillows. The only thing I felt uneasy about is that there were a lot of people hanging around in breezeways.

Amanda at front desk used vulgar language after telling me she is not selling out any more rooms due to she didnt have time clean all the f***ing rooms in the morning. MIND YOU this is after I paid for a non refundable night at the WAYY over price of 160 plus tax, many hours before check in time. I even assured here I would keep it neat and tidy and leave my sheets towels and trash ready for them to grab and go. & that i would also early checkout as this was a solo business meeting. Luckily callled the beautiful Holiday Inn Express right across the street and they had no problem getting me in room 419 for a better brush and newly renovated decor, plus my favorite down blankets and pillows.

I checked into my hotel room on 8/2/2018. My room did not look to have been recently cleaned but I still stated because I needed to be in Mississippi to help move my mother. The following evening (8/03/18) I returned to my room late Friday evening around 11:30pm-11:45pm and my room had been locked to where I could not get in. I tried to contact the front desk for 15 minutes straight but the attendant would not speak with me. I finally had to tell the attendant that I was calling the cops because she would not let me into my room that I had paid for in full. This is when she called her husband to come and speak with me. According to the hotel clerk, The Magnuson Hotel Ocean Springs, in Ocean Springs Mississippi was shut down my the US Fire Marshall and they were not allowing me in to get my belongings. The clerk stated that I would have to drive all the way back to Mississippi from Florida on the following Monday to collect my belongings. I had to threaten to call the cops and report my belonging as stole before the man would let me in. I told the man that I wanted a refund because of this issues and the fact that I was not even allow to stay in the hotel room that I had paid for. Per hotel clerk, I would have to get any refunds from Orbitz. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were not kept up. Refrigerator was iced up completely. Dirt on refrigerator seemed there for months. Carpet on floor was ruined and not kept led up. Phones did not work. WiFi did not work. Room and bed covers had a odor. Lamps needed light bulbs. Trash outside rooms were visible and piled in breeze ways. Old carpet and other trash in breeze ways. Lack of proper management and upkeep.

Drove up, saw a tiny pool in the front door that was green with algae. Had a 25 min check in with only one other person in front of me. Then finally get my room key and go to the door and the door handle is falling off the door. Go in and the rooms furniture is beat up like a dump. The carpet wreaked of pet urine. Pure disgusting. Did not stay. Ended up driving home at midnight.

Stayed for two days. Internet wasn't working. They said they were working on it. At checkout 2 days later, still no internet. Very small pool. Breakfast was skimpy and not very tasty.

We decided to stay at this hotel because there was nothing else available in our budget. The staff was nice, but still seemed a little unorganized. I probably won't stay there again. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room I found an empty carton of cigarettes and the room smelt nothing but the smoke. For the price we paid for the room I was expecting something a little nicer.

When we got to the hotel I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub they told me they didn't have one in the room but by the pool. That was a bummer but I could deal with that. Went up to the room and it had a odor and was very hot, turned on the ac and sprayed the room with perfume. Went had dinner to give the room time to cool off when we got back it still had the odor. Tried to connect to the WiFi and couldn't even find the network, walked to the front desk and the girl tells me that the router might not reach to my room. My wife then wants a refund at this point they didn't give us any problem with that but the girl had to call the owner like 5 times for him to answer because she didn't know of she could refund my money.

The reviews said this place was ok but they are not. The room was not vacuumed at all, there was a hole at the top of the door that let bugs in, the bathroom had a dead roach under the sink, the toilet did not work for 2 days out of the 3 days of our stay, there was no internet at all, hair on the table and a stain on the chair. The front desk did not answer the phone until the day of checkout so we had to find a housekeeper to give us a plunger since there was no maintenance person to call. The check in staff was really nice and so were the housekeepers, that is the only that saved our stay. I will not be returning to this hotel. It has so much potential but it is not working right now.

Good location, breakfast, and pretty lean. Shower wasn't very hot, and wifi didn't work.

No lworking lock on door....20 min wait for hotwater...furnishings water damaged or falling apart....only positive was no visible bugs ...other then that one of the worst places I have ever stayed

No temperature control in the room was a bit of a problem. It was too cold and no apparent method for turning up the heat. Otherwise it was just fine.

it was "OK" motel for the price. no complaint. Willing to stay again

Supposed to be non smoking room, but room smelled like smoke. Cable T.V. had channels 2-11 that worked- 2 CBS, 1 NBC, 2 public broadcasting, 4 infomercial, and 1 RTV. When I told the service desk person, he apologized and said he would send me a letter. Not a good experience.
