The rooms are very noisy. The A/C system is loud and not able to find a comfortable level. The hotel breakfast and check-out schedule are for business travelers not leisure. Poor location.

I appreciated being assigned a handicap room that was near the entrance where I parked and the elevator was only feet away from entrance. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked. Very pleased. My first time, but will stay again.

We stopped here when traveling I-10 from Texas to Florida. I booked it just a few hours ahead of time, based on the good reviews I read. We were not disappointed! The facility was sparkling clean, as were the rooms. The king suite rooms were comfortable and well designed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful as well! We would definitely stay here again when traveling through.

This room was booked 2 months in advance and one specific reason was for the indoor pool. Upon arrival there was a handwritten sign that the pool was closed for remodeling. We were not made aware of this ahead of time and it was too late to cancel. The front desk clerk, Heath, was not personable at all. He did not go over any of the specifications of my room or rate, he did not apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being closed, and never made eye contact.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The location was good as it was close to shopping and eating. I require quiet at varing times of the day and quiet is what I got. I liked the fact that they provided different hardness of pillows. Very nice.

We have stayed here 3 times now on our way to Texas and use Comfort Suites when we go other places because of the beds, shower and room size. We actually took off the sheets on our first stay to see who made the mattress...and then bought one for our bedrooom at home. Showers have good pressure and are hot...not just mildly warm. The Comfort Suites in Vicksburg has a very limited choice of cable stations

Great hotel to stay at during your stay in Gulfport. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance (if walking is your thing) and along with a deck, microwave, and refrigerator, there's even a futon in the room. Housekeeping could have been a bit more thourough as I found a few strands of hair in the shower. Also, if you plan a visit to the beach, be ready to drive a good ways down the road.

Our trip ran a day over and our condo that we'd been staying in had already been booked when we ended up here. It was wonderful we have 4 kids so two queen beds and a sleeper soda was perfect. The pool was small but the kids had a BLAST in it! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

My stay was during the month of May 2013 and it appears that they expereinced a roof leak. I was on the top floor and my first sight on elevator door opening was severe water damaged walls with drying fans and sheet rock that had been cut out. I looked down to where my room was located and was relieved that is was well down from the damaged area. Over my stay I noticed that every other floor had similar damage. I had no problem with the damage being present, but the clean up crew had left the wall covering in place and apparently was going to replace sheet rock only and re attach the wall covering. The damaged carpet was still in place and I know that both of these will likely grow mold at some point. Just thoguth it could have been better or that the staff could have made me aware of their recent problems at check in.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the staff and the overall experience was great!

The hotel was great, it may not be but I think it is new. Very large and clean room and confortable bed.

The staff at this facility were phenomenal. They truly know what customer service is and practice it. I had never been to Mississippi before and the recommendations I received from the staff were wonderful, from things to do and places to eat. The rooms were very comfortable and CLEAN. I highly recommend this facility and am looking forward to a return stay.

I had a last minute business trip so time was limited. I was able to get a really great room on such short notice. This hotel was brand new and lovely. It was located just minutes away from everything in downtown Gulfport. I highly recommend it!!!!

I was visiting the coast looking for hotels for a family reunion that I am planning. The staff at the hotel was great. Everyone was so friendly and polite. The breakfast was wonderful as well. I will be staying here when I come back

It appeared that the maid staff did not take the time to clean up the room. The tub and toilet were dirty. The room needed to be vacuumed, and there were food crumbs on the bed. When I complained, they took immediate action, but housekeeping might want to check after the maid staff to see if they are doing a good job! Other than that, the staff was nice! The locals that drove around the hotel were a little scary, but things appeared to be safe.

This is a great place to stay! Beautiful room. Very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. There's plenty of parking and it's located near places to shop, eat, and also near a movie theatre. There were a lot of children staying and they were somewhat loud out-they were having fun. They quieted down after 1130pm. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. And I will be staying again.
