Not people friendly. Spend 15 minutes at check in arguing with staff over a Best Western gift card. Staff could not understand why my credit card was not charged online, therefor my reservation was cancel despite the fact I confirmed via text AND via phone, informing them of my Best Western gift card AND my small dog. Gift card was not applied, but placed as payment on my credit card without consent. I was to tired to argue after driving 7 hours.

Comfy beds, nice shower, smallish TV, but the carpet was damp and smelly. Wet dog smelly. Pervasive smell. We were trying out a Best Western as we are Marr people, and now will have to remain with Marr as we drive across country on I-10. Did I mention the smelly damp carpet?
