Allow noise and unacceptable behavior people walkin up to my door trying to sell things for drugs all around horrible stay
confortable tranquilo accesible a todo centro comerciales playa casino la pase muy bien felisitaciones a los encargado del hotel x tota su atencion...
Iron had black tape wrap around cord. No extra roll of bathroom tissue. Had to call office to request roll. Had packs of coffee and no coffee maker. Not enough bath towels for 3 paying quests . One of wall outlet not working.
The room smelled the smoke too much. The covers are too thin. They had no iron in the room. Not enough of towels to take a bath. Had to cover up with cover that smelled the smoke too much
My room was just fine. With just a few little touches, this property would be every bit as good as much higher priced rooms (nothing really in particular). The staff took great care of me, ensuring I got a taxi for the next leg of my travels.
Housekeeping came in to clean the room while we were still checked in because there was no ability to identify that you did not want the room cleaned like other hotels have. when we returned from visiting friends, we found that personal items were moved around and I had a tub with tobacco in it that came up missing. When I addressed the issue with management and the problem we had with our key card needing to be reprogrammed, she did not seem to care and the only thing she offered was a lot of useless excuses. I will sleep in my vehicle before I ever rent a room here again. Oh and their "HOT" breakfast was not!
Reserved a NON smoking room on the ground floor, got there at 9pm they had put someone else in our room. Upon opening the door it reeked of smoke, burn holes in the bedding and ashtrays on the desk. After lugging all our stuff up the stairs I wasn't about to move again so we sucked it up. We were short on hangers, front desk said I couldn't get any until the next day when another department came in. Around 3am the people in the next room decided it was a great time to argue and slam doors, another call to front desk asking them to call the police, 30 minutes later as the fight moved out onto the main walkway and parking lot we called front desk again and were assured SHE would talk to them, no police still. Next morning the coffee pot wouldn't stay on, at 7am I called the front desk to see about getting another and was told those were not available until 9:30 when yet another person came in. I get in the shower and there is black mold between the tiles and pink mildew on the shower head. The free breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, greasy sausage, gravy that was the consistency of water and biscuits that would have broken a tooth. Luckily they had cereal which is pretty hard to screw up. I wouldn't stay there again on a bet, it was TERRIBLE!
The breakfast could use an upgrade and to stay open until 10:00, but over all it is a nice place.
Granted I had to book this hotel in a sweeping effort to move away from a difficult situation, I wasn't pleased. I couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper for the drain, and when I called the front desk at 245 in the evening, she told me I would have to wait until maintenance got in in the next couple of hours, which I was okay with. But then when 830 came around and I had to get ready for bed, I still had no stopper. I called the front desk again, I was told I had to wait until maintenance came in in the morning now, as they weren't to come in that day. No problem, I took a shower. But, I will say that the room wasn't smelling the best. The carpet was dirty, because when I walked across it just a few times, my feet came up dirty. As for access, it's right by the airport, the outlet mall, and a Walmart. I know the area well, and it's a great area to stay in. It's about 3 miles from the beaches. Great if you're just beach hopping along the coast I guess.
The hotel was nice for the price, nothing fancy but the room was very clean and it was conveniently right off the interstate. The hotel was pretty close to destin and Sandestin which had a lot of shopping and restaurants.
I stayed here one night and was just there since I had gotten off a flight. For the price, it was very good. In particular, the staff were the highlight! I would stay there again if I need a cheap place to spend the night in Gulfport. Located near a Walmart and plenty of restaurants.
Everything was fine enough with the room, there was not enough water pressure for the shower. Bathroom was very small, and the walls and door was dirty. Beds were soft, lines in the TV screen. But to have a pool, wifi, laundry area, free breakfast and great location, you could better, and you could do worse. I would say this is a mid-way stay.
Upon arrival, the staff at the desk was very nice and very appealing to the eyes. In some parts of the nation she would be called "a long cool drink of water". The room was clean and very tidy. The bed linens and towels of a fine quality. Two completes come to mind, the door was very hard to close, causing bang heard down the hall, and the very, very soft water. All in all, the breakfast was well displayed with items of a typical hotel offering, and again the "long cool drink of water" was well worth viewing.
The room was clean, had everything that was advertised. But was much smaller than it looked in the picture. Was disappointed that the pool was closed, one of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the pool. The cover on the bed was not enough, had to ask for a blanket. Over all it was ok for the price.
The first room our door wouldn't even lock. They had false advertisements about the tv's
Priced ok, but left much to be desired. I would probably return since its located near great shopping and restaurants.
We arrived at the Hotel and seen a sign that said I'll be back in 10 minutes. Was advised the clerk went to the back to assist another person, I can live with that. Went into the room it had an order that never left. My family and I didn't stay long just dropping off the bags and left. We returned to the smoke alarm beeping every minute. After awhile went to the front office and spoke with the clerk about the situation. Was told it was the battery going bad but did not seem to want to get it changed until I told her my family or I could not sleep. I was then told someone would be there to fix it. Waited until 1:30 A.M. no one showed. Checked out the following morning and inquired as to way no one came, I was told someone did and no one answered the door. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.
Stay was good. Average hotel with a friendly staff. good location and close to everything. I would stay again. JoAnn Gardner Hattiesburg, MS
My experience was okay but room rate was increased due to it being the 4th of July weekend
its was awesome right by the beach and shopping center ... nice stay
