Tinto Retreat cottages are ideally located in the quiet hamlet of Wiston, Biggar. This charming, stone built barn conversion, is perfect for a cosy romantic retreat or an action-filled holiday.
This getaway is perfectly positioned in an idyllic rural location with wonderful valley and countryside scenery to enjoy surrounded by the open hills of Scotland’s stunning Southern Uplands. The area is a paradise for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, gold panning, paddle boarding or even paragliding and hand-gliding. Offering unrivalled opportunities, walkers can spend their days following the many footpaths and trails in the area, with a popular walk up Tinto Hill which gives commanding views of the Clyde Valley.
Outside, relax and dine alfresco in the patio area whilst taking in those glorious sunsets.
