The house was beautiful, but some things weren't so great. Housekeeping was a lax in a few spots and the hot tub didn't really work, so both were a bit of a bummer. In hindsight I should have alerted the property management right away but when we are only there a few days I don't want to spend time trying to switch units or complain, I just wanted to be on vacation. The customer service was a bit mediocre as well, but I get that most property management companies are dealing with challenging guests more so than not, so perhaps its not in their interest to be customer service oriented in the same way a nice hotel would be (or rather their customer is the condo owner rather than the guests). Again, the house was beautiful and the views were lovely. But a few tweaks here and there would take it from "okay" to "great" without much more work.
