Big Sky is a great place especially for scenery and hikes. Sadly this particular place is noisy. Walls and ceilings are thin. We were woken up once at 1.00 with people thumping about upstairs and this morning the same thing happened at 6.00am. We can even hear the toilet! One night we were woken up by the noise at 2.00 am. I thought there was a quiet time between 10.00pm and 10.00 am. That would be nice! It was actually noisier than a hotel and we paid more than a hotel would have cost. So overall disappointing.

Ski trip

We had a great time. Skied and relaxed. The unit was clean. Maybe a hair dryer for both bathrooms and a couple more towels. When we checked out the electronic lock on the front door stopped working. Notified the staff and they were quick to respond. We will be back.

We loved the hot tub! The space was sufficient for our needs. And the location was perfect. But….the water coming out of the fridge is undrinkable, the shower fixtures need a good cleaning, and some wash clothes would be helpful.

Great condo and location

Nice condo and separate baths for each room was great. The kitchen was well appointed. Location is nearby downtown and only a few minutes drive to the mountain. The Ousel Falls hiking trail is just a mile up the road too. The property management company Stay Montana was very helpful.

Beautiful view

Pros:The condo was clean and well supplied. Communication with Stay Montana was great. Beautiful view of the mountains from patio/hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants/shopping only a mile away. Cons: It was a blizzard on our arrival day and if you wanted to check in more than an hour early they charge $50 per hour and if you want to check in before noon they charge an extra night. The complex starts to snow blow sidewalks at 6am which is not Stay Montanas fault. The condo is on the corner by the parking lot so if you are a light sleeper it is difficult to sleep in when it snows. Overall it was an amazing trip and Big Sky is heaven.

Prefect with multiple issues

The Condo itself was prefect for our needs, but so many unforeseen issues. The condo has Roku only. We could not use our Netflix account so was kicked out of Netflix because too many were using the account on other devices. The oven kept beeping with error code 2E3F and the only way to shut off the beeping was to cancel the oven. While using the hot tub the upstair neighbors decide to clear off the snow faring on us and our towels. We ask them to stop and wait for us but they continued. We could hear the upstair neighbors talking, radio playing extremely loud and every foot step they made. We were told to follow the trash guidelines which did not exist in the condo nor in the communication. When asking the management, they were unsure themselves and told us to just leave it in the condo, for they will make a note that we ask. With all of the above, we found the area to be breathtaking and would plan to return for another visit.

Good Property in a Good Location

The property was fine for our needs. It was not super fantasy. We encountered challenges communicating with the property management company to get the jacuzzi to work and at the correct temperature and getting someone over to fix the light and the fan in the master bedroom. The property would get really warm and then we had challenges to get it to cool down. Note that you have to also walk about 200 yards to empty the trash into a huge dumpster. Again, better communication could have prevented these issues.
