A large kitchen island with seating for four creates the perfect spot for meals or morning coffee. There is a Ninja 12-cup drip coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.
Outdoor amenities are designed with boaters in mind. The 50' dock includes a fish-cleaning station and quick access to the canals. This home is less than 3 miles from a public boat ramp. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
