MAIN HOUSE
Living room, Roku TV with soundbar, dining table for 6, bar seating for 4, a beautiful remote operated gas burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedrooms, 4 baths total
BED #1 Primary Suite: 1 King bed and Ensuite Bath with dual head shower and double sink vanity. Side tables with charging ports in lamps. Alexa smart clock for alarm, music, sleep sounds, etc.

BED #2 Hall Bed: 2 Twin beds (can be combined using the provided bed bridge for 1 King bed), Access to hall bath with single vanity and step in shower. Side tables with charging ports in lamps. Alexa smart clock for alarm, music, sleep sounds, etc.

BED #3 EnSuite: 1 Queen bed with Ensuite Bath with single sink vanity, bathtub with shower enclosure. Side tables with charging ports in lamps. Alexa smart clock for alarm, music, sleep sounds, etc.

BED #4 Detached Guest House: 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 Twin futon bed, Roku TV in Living Area, wet bar kitchenette equipped with microwave, keurig coffee maker, AirFryer, crock pot, hot water kettle. Side tables by the Queen Bed with charging ports in the side tables. Alexa smart clock for alarm, music, sleep sounds, etc. Electric fireplace for light and heat, remote control operated.

GARAGE (directly below the Guest House) is the Game Room and Laundry area (no garage parking): Roku TV, Two leather recliner chairs, Table with 6 chairs, 4 swivel bistro chairs, 7.5’ pool table, dart board. Side by side laundry may be used by guests. Electric fireplace for light and heat, remote control operated.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. BBQ tools are in the cabinet to the right side of the microwave. There is also a set of Smore’s sticks and two silver buckets, one for the clean, one for the dirty sticks. Please bring them back indoors when finished and clean off the used sticks and return.

OTHER AMENITIES - Board games, puzzles and card games. 3 Roku TVs and WiFi provided. Laundry with side-by-side washer/dryer may be used in garage.

OUTDOORS - Outdoor patio furniture, and propane barbecue. Enjoy the gorgeous view of Big Bear surroundings from the spacious decks and a fenced yard!

FIREPIT - The Firepit needs to be manually lit with the key (in main house on wall shelf beside back door).
Please TURN OFF Firepit after use. If left on for extended periods or over night, additional charges may apply for excessive gas use.

PARKING - 4 car driveway

SNOW PLAY - Two plastic sleds you may use will be on the property.

Maximum occupancy to 11 people (9 adults plus 2 children max). Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits Children, toddlers, and infants count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Mountain Transit is currently a Free shuttle - Pick up spot is on Willow Landing Road and the Shuttle headed Eastbound leaves approximately 10 min after the hour. Times vary, so check with Mountain Transit for routes and times.
